Shipping Policy and Charges (as of 9/2010)
1. All orders received before 2:00 pm (EST) will ship that day. Orders received after 2:00pm (EST) will ship the following business day.
2. Wilma Schumann will inform you of any items on back order and if the missing item will delay the order by more than one week. We will not charge your account until such items are available for shipment. If a partial order is shipped, Wilma Schumann will pay for the additional shipment of the back ordered items.
3. Any claims dealing with missing or damaged products must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

For Retail orders being shipped to consumers:
All orders within continental US. Orders are shipped UPS Ground (5 to 8 business days). Deliveries Monday through Friday only. Prices include Shipping, Handling and Insurance.

Return Policy
As part of our commitment to you, all Wilma Schumann purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at Wilma Schumann, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of your shipment receipt date. Return Instructions - 4 Easy Steps
Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return policy below.
1. Obtain your return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). Please call us at 1-800-440-3032 during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, EST). You may also contact us via email.
2. Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging.
3. Include a copy of your packing slip or invoice and RMA# with your return shipment.

Customers pay for return shipment charges. To ensure that we receive the package we do recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Additional Return Policies
1. Obtain an RMA Number and return your product within 30 days of receipt of your order.
2. Customers must obtain an RMA # and return their item(s) within 30 days of receipt of their order. Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for a credit.
3. Returned products are subject to inspection by Wilma Schumann staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged.
4. Any tool return must contain all parts sold with the original purchase, including cords, chargers, adapters, carry case and any accessories.
5. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
6. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
7. Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items. If you have any questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether or not you may qualify for a refund, contact Wilma Schumann Customer Service or call 1-800-440-3032, Monday through Friday, 9AM - 6PM EST.

9. Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within five business days of receipt.
